Third Year Required Courses

312 A/B	Constitutional Law	6 units
	A survey of the area of Federal Consitutional law including problems of judicial review, separation of power, interstate commerce, due process, equal protection and the first, fourth and fourteenth amendments to the Federal Constitution.
	Hours of Instruction: 3 hours each week for 30 weeks
